Multi-award winning band Restless Heart recently announced their triumphant reunion and are taking another step in giving their fans some long overdue stage time by being one of the latest superstar act to sign on as participants in the Christian Country Music Association’s 10th Anniversary Award Show to be held Thursday, November 4, 2004 at the historic Ryman Auditorium (5 th 4 th Ave South). The Award Show begins at 7 p.m. and will be broadcast live on Great American Country (GAC). The show will be co-hosted by MCA recording artist Josh Turner and Lisa Ryan who also serves as co-host of the 700 Club.
In addition to Restless Heart, the growing list of performers and presenters to take the stage for this event include UMG recording artist Jimmy Wayne; Pioneer Award and Female Vocalist of the Year nominee Stella Parton; gospel and country music legends The Oak Ridge Boys; Curb recording artists Jeff Carson and Lisa Brokop; Nashville Star’s second season winner Brad Cotter; The Fox Brothers; The Crabb Family; Mike Hammock; Mere Image; Lawrence Bishop with Shirley Murdock; Vocal Duo of the Year nominee, Branded and singer/songwriter Clifton Jansky Among the newest presenters are Young Harmony, Del Way, Paula Snow, Margo Smith, Curt Collins and DennisAgajanian.
The Christian Country Music Awards is the keynote event of the Christian Country Music Association Convention held this year at the Millennium Maxwell House in Nashville, TN from October 31 st to November 3 rd.
